Power2Ship's Track and Trace Solution Launched by A&P

FORT LAUDERDALE, Fla.–(BUSINESS WIRE)–May 1, 2003–Power2Ship (P2S), a unit of Freight Rate, Inc., a subsidiary of Jaguar Investments, Inc. (OTCBB:JGUR), announced that on April 28, 2003 The Great Atlantic & Pacific Tea Company (A&P) (NYSE:GAP) and 35 of its core carriers launched the Power2Ship Track and Trace ASP solution.

This solution enables A&P to have visibility of inbound loads from multiple carriers to 32 A&P distribution centers in one easy-to-navigate screen. The successful launch of the P2S Track and Trace solution marks the beginning of the P2S MobileMarket(TM). The Power2Ship solution includes carriers’ use of free asset management tools to identify the location of unused capacity, matching this available capacity with shippers’ loads and dynamically displaying this information for carrier selection. P2S currently is working with several other national and international shippers and carriers to incorporate their loads and capacity into the P2S MobileMarket(TM).
