Last-mile logistics real estate company Mileway has extended a lease with DHL Supply Chain for a further four years.
Blackstone Real Estate launched Mileway in September 2019 and owns and operates over 1,000 industrial properties across the UK, France, Germany, Spain, Italy, the Netherlands and the Nordics.
The new contract will include the addition of a107,639 sq ft to DHL Supply Chain’s existing tenancy at Saint-Quentin Fallavier, in Lyon, France.
DHL Supply Chain has renewed its existing lease for two units, totalling 236,806 sq ft in Building A at Saint-Quentin Fallavier.
In addition, DHL Supply Chain has extended its lease to occupy the third unit in the property, bringing the company’s total occupancy to 344,445 sq ft.
Fabien Fridrici, head of Mileway France Country said: “Mileway and DHL have a long-term partnership spanning six countries across Europe, and we are pleased to further strengthen it in France with this significant agreement.”
