A Day in the Life:
We’re proud of the culture we’ve cultivated here at Brightpearl. We focus on diversity within our team that, at its core, revolves around hard work, peak performance, recognition, and the commitment to the success of our customers.
Alignment is key and we all understand our contribution to the Brightpearl strategy. It’s this mindset that’s given us our competitive edge and drives our success. We keep this spirit alive by offering learning and development opportunities for everyone, global all hands, open communications and access to senior leadership.
We work hard and play hard - together. Team building activities, organized volunteering events, and our learning platform are some of the personal development opportunities offered at Brightpearl throughout the year.
Yes, we are a global company, but our offices still find a way to get involved at a local level. We wouldn’t be where we are today were it not for the awesome communities we’re a part of. We volunteer multiple times a year and always remember our roots - whether it’s in the port of Bristol or deep in the heart of Texas.
