While we endeavor to protect the security and integrity of sensitive personal information provided to the Company, we cannot guarantee that information, during transmission through the Internet or while stored on our systems or otherwise in our care, will be safe from intrusion by others. Integrity and Retention of Personal Information

You can help ensure that your contact information and preferences are accurate, complete, and up to date by updating your account preferences. For other personal information of yours that we hold, we will provide you with access for any purpose including to request that we correct the data if it is inaccurate or delete the data if we are not required to retain it by law or for legitimate business purposes. We may decline to process requests that are frivolous/vexatious, jeopardize the privacy of others, are extremely impractical, or for which access is not otherwise required by local law. Children & Education
We understand the importance of taking extra precautions to protect the privacy and safety of children using our products and services. Children under the age of eighteen (18), or equivalent minimum age in the relevant jurisdiction, are not permitted to use our services.
Location-Based Services
To provide location-based services on our platform we, our partners, third-party servicers, and licensees may collect, use, and share precise location data, including the real-time geographic location of your computer or device. Where available, location-based services may use GPS, Bluetooth, and your IP Address, along with crowd-sourced Wi-Fi hotspot and cell tower locations, and other technologies to determine your devices’ approximate location. By accepting the terms and conditions, you have consented to transmission of your location data. This location data is not anonymous, could personally identify you, and is used by us and our affiliates to provide and improve our services.
International transfer
Your information may be transferred to, and maintained on, computers located outside of your state, province, country, or other governmental jurisdiction where the privacy laws may not be as protective as those in your jurisdiction, including but not limited to the United States of America. If you choose to provide information to us, we may transfer said personal information to local or foreign processing centers and process.
